# Submittal Package Incompleteness in Division 04 Masonry submittals

## What to look for in Division 04 Masonry

Commonly required items in Div 04 specs:
- CMU product data with ASTM C90 test results
- Brick samples and product data with ASTM C216 test results
- Natural stone samples with ASTM test results (C97, C99, C170, C880)
- Mortar mix design or product data per ASTM C270
- Grout mix design per ASTM C476
- Masonry reinforcing steel mill certificates
- Wall tie and anchor product data with pull-out test results
- Through-wall flashing product data and installation details
- Shop drawings for reinforced masonry (bar placement, grouting plan)
- Stone cladding shop drawings with anchorage details
- Cast stone shop drawings with joint layout
- Masonry prism test plan (f'm testing per ASTM C1314)
- Sealer/repellent product data and mock-up plan
- Cold weather and hot weather masonry plan
